Susan Stein is a great ally and has a great eye for fashion. She’s produced Animal Samaritans’ doggie fashion show in which me and Buddy, the Wonder Dog, have participated in thrice now. But she really shines during Fashion Week El Paseo presented by Palm Springs Life.

So it’s fitting (a perfect fit, that is) for her to be honored with a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars this week. I had the opportunity to dine with her last Spring and got to appreciate her storied past in the fashion industry.

While mid-century architecture is what the valley is known for, one has to accompany that with a sense of style. Susan helps curate and bring fashion sense forward. But can she help me with my Red Dress/Dress Red outfit?
