Mother’s Day Curb-side Takeout from Gigi’s Restaurant & Bar

What better way to show appreciation to the moms in our lives than with a world class meal that they don’t have to prepare?

Chef Greg Grossman, the chef and entrepreneur behind New York Times 3-Star OREYA Restaurant, and Kettlebell Kitchen, a nationwide healthy meal and personalized Nutrition delivery service, is in the Desert preparing to launch the V Palm Springs Hotel’s newest, not-yet-open Restaurant, GiGi’s Restaurant and Lounge, and will be offering a special Mother’s Day dinner menu for curb-side pickup.

Priced at $60 per person, our menu includes an assortment of bold flavors and dishes showcasing our newest restaurant such as Caramelized Roasted Onion with Black Truffle Salt and Sherry Verjus, Four Cheese Scalloped Potatoes with Chives and Truffle Breadcrumbs and Dill Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Dill and Dijon Rub, Blistered Cherry Tomatoes and 5-Spice Jus. Cooking three meals a day is strenuous, so give Mom a break with some tasty modern American cuisine that honors her in every way, from our special preview menu before our grand opening.
